Brad Greenspan, founder of one of the first social networking sites Myspace, claims that it would be easier for Elon Musk to create his own “clone on Twitter” as opposed to buying the platform.
Elon Musk was informed by the Twitter legal team that he violated a non-disclosure agreement, after he had previously posted on Twitter how the company checks for bot accounts, he wrote on Twitter on Saturday.
“He just called legal Twitter to complain that I violated their NDA by revealing that the robot control sample size is 100!” “That really happened,” Musk wrote on Twitter.
Musk is in the process of finalizing his $ 44 billion Twitter acquisition and is examining public archives, including the number of bot users on the platform, which he has promised to remove once he has control of the company.

ELON MASK SAYS AGREEMENT WITH TWITTER IS “STAYING”
Following an internal review, Twitter told Musk that bot accounts made up less than 5 percent of its users.
“Twitter is temporarily trading on hold, pending details that support the calculation that spam / fake accounts actually represent less than 5% of users,” Musk wrote on Twitter.

The small number is much lower than expected for anyone who uses the platform regularly, including Musk, who followed his tweet sharing how Twitter got to the number.

“To find out, my team will make a random sample of 100 @twitter followers. I invite others to repeat the same process and see what they find out,” he wrote on Twitter when someone on the platform asked Musk to ” explain a little process, process. ”
To find out, my team will make a random sample of 100 followers @twitter.
I invite others to repeat the same process and see what they discover…

“Any reasonable random sampling procedure is fine. If many people independently receive similar results for% of fake / spam / duplicate accounts, this would be indicative. I chose 100 as the sample size number because it is the one that uses Twitter to calculate “5% fake / unwanted / duplicate,” Musk replied.

I chose 100 as the sample size number, because it uses Twitter to calculate <5% fake / spam / duplicate.

Musk is often critical of the platform and once told users that they “manipulate” its algorithm in ways they “do not understand.”
