MLB All-Star Game: Aaron Judge Leads All Voters Like Yankees, Blue Jays, Dodgers Each Two Startups

On Friday evening, Major League Baseball announced the starters for the 2022 All-Star Game, which will take place on Tuesday, July 19 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. Voting results from the league’s two-stage voting process for the All-Star Game were revealed during the live broadcast.

The top two voters (and four outsiders) in each position went through stage 2 of the voting process. Fans voted this week to find out which position players will start later this month, and voting closed on Friday afternoon. The remaining All-Star lists, including both the American League and National League pitching staff, will be revealed on Sunday, July 10th. Leading voters in each league are left in the first round as part of this year’s voting process. Phase 2 and is automatically positioned to start the All-Star Game. Yankees striker Aaron Judge led all players with 3,762,498 votes and will start for the fourth time for the American League (also 2017, 2018, and 2021). Brave Ronald Acuna Jr. became the leader of the National League with 3,503,188 votes. This is his third straight All-Star Game start job. Also, his Cardinal Albert Pogols and Tigers Miguel Cabrera have already been added to the all-star list. Through special options.
