Color AIO with RTX 3060 laptop GPU
EJ Hardware tests a colorful new AIO gaming system.
The Chinese technical media “EJ Hardware” team has a computer model of the colorful G-One Plus AIO games. The device launched last month, and it is now available for sale. The product is a gaming system throughout, meaning there are no standard computer chassis, but a large monitor stand that covers all parts, with the exception of the power supply (which is a really large 330W unit).

The G-One offers custom motherboards for Intel Alder Lake-H mobile processors and an NVIDIA RTX 3060 laptop GPU. Technically it is a laptop that is connected to a monitor. Players cannot replace the processor or GPU, but the standard SO-DIMM slots for DDR5 memory are here. Additionally, users can upgrade the computer with a secondary M.2 SSD and replace the M.2 Wi-Fi card if needed.

The AIO PC is offered with three Alder Lake CPUs: Core i5-12500H (12-core), Core i7-12700H (14-core) or Core i9-12900H. The system tested by EJ Hardware features the Core i5-12500H, so the lowest specific version. The graphics, on the other hand, are the same for every layout. This is a GeForce RTX 3060 laptop graphics full power Max-P type (so 115W + dynamic boost). In pressure testing this GPU reaches 134W maximum board power.
The Color G-One has been tested on artificial and game standards (the latter can be found by watching the video below). The CPU was expected for laptops with similar features, but the GPU is a slightly different story.

In the 3DMark test, the PC scored 26,793 points in the FireStrike GPU test, which is even better than the home i7-12700H-based AUS TUF laptop with an RTX 3060 GPU (23,109 points) according to the notebook check rating. These are actually the highest scores reported by the website.

This is an interesting product (although not entirely new) concept. A playable AIO computer can be used where there is limited space, but the big screen is still the best. College dormitories or internet cafes may be the first thing that comes to mind. The system tested by EJ costs 1999 USD, so much more than an RTX 3060 laptop these days.
